Experience

Attorney Martin Kantrovitz, like his father, Gabriel Kantrovitz, and his son, Michael D. Kantrovitz, is a trial attorney, who, for over 44 years, has represented people injured in the course of their employment. He, as well as the other attorneys in his office, appear daily before the judges at the Department of Industrial Accidents. Martin has argued numerous cases before the Appeals Court of Massachusetts and the Supreme Judicial Court, including the landmark case which held that landlords are responsible for damages children suffer from lead paint poisioning. He is Bar Registered, the highest rating in his profession. In 2005, he was the honoree of the National Lawyers Guild.
