Experience

Attorney Melissa A. Scott has practiced labor law exclusively on behalf of unions since joining the firm in 2022.

At Northeastern University School of Law, Attorney Scott received a concentration in Labor, Work and Income.  She was a member of Northeastern University School of Law’s Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition team, and participated in the Northeastern University School of Law Public Health Legal Clinic.  Additionally, Attorney Scott completed internships at a legal services organization, Federal court, law firm, and government agency.
