Experience

Attorney Samantha E. Sinclair has practiced labor law exclusively on behalf of unions since joining the firm in 2023.

At Northeastern University School of Law, Attorney Sinclair graduated with a concentration in Poverty Law and Economic Justice. As a law student, Attorney Sinclair competed in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition. Additionally, Attorney Sinclair completed internships in litigation for wage law and employment discrimination, criminal defense, and immigration legal services.

Prior to law school, Attorney Sinclair completed a service year with AmeriCorps NCCC FEMA Corps, providing disaster response in Puerto Rico, New Mexico, and New York.
